SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISE PRESIDENTS COUNCIL
PURPOSE

MEMBERSHIP
Council membership is available to the president, COO or CEO of OESA regular member companies with annual revenues less than $250 million. Other titles may be considered if the executive has overall profit and loss responsibility and organizational leadership of the member company. Membership on the council is held by an individual rather than by a company. Eligibility is determined by the council board of governors
based on the ability of prospective members to participate
and contribute in council discussions and activities. Only executives from OESA regular member companies are eligible to participate. Click here to view an OESA membership list.
The council adopted a no substitutions policy to meetings in order to maintain the integrity of the council and to assure dialogue among industry peers.
Cost of membership is $1,000 per year.
MEETINGS
The council meets quarterly at member-selected times and locations. Meetings follow an agenda and feature a roundtable format to discuss previously identified issues. Council members discuss topics and exchange opinions and ideas resulting in either a resolution of the issue or a plan for investigation and analysis. In some cases, issues could result in white papers presented to the OESA board of directors for approval. Results produced by the council are available to OESA members and the public for a reasonable fee.
Speakers may be invited to give presentations on specific issues or topics of interest. Such speakers are typically
the leading executive or expert on the subject of interest from industry, academia or government.
